Abstract: Objective To compare breast magnetic resonance sequences for their ability to generate high-quality images. Methods A total of 75 subjects were analyzed by breast magnetic resonance imaging using T2WI,DWI,dynamic contrast-enhanced and delayed T1WI sequences. The image quality produced by each approach was assessed. Results High-quality images were obtained for 93.33% of patients using T2WI,18.66% using DWI,72.00% using dynamic contrast-enhanced T1WI and 97.33% using delayed T1WI. Conclusions In order to improve the quality of breast magnetic resonance images,we recommend reducing motion artifacts, optimizing the imaging sequence to reduce examination time, properly applying fat suppression techniques, ensuring that the b value for the DWI sequence is chosen correctly, and exploiting the full potential of the integrated parallel acquisition technique (iPAT).
